Return Policy

At Swathi Traders, we are committed to supplying quality construction materials and accessories. Due to the nature of building materials, we follow a strict and transparent return policy. We request that all customers read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy for AAC Blocks

• AAC Blocks (including Renacon AAC Blocks) are strictly non-returnable.

• Once AAC blocks are delivered at the site or collected from our yard, no return, exchange, or refund will be entertained.

• Customers are advised to confirm quantity, size, and specifications before placing the order.

2. Return Policy for Other Construction Materials

• For construction accessories and other materials (excluding AAC blocks), return eligibility will be clearly informed at the time of delivery.

• Any return acceptance is subject to:

  • Product condition (unused, undamaged)

  • Packaging condition

  • Time frame specified during delivery

• Items approved for return must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within the specified period.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Materials

• In case of visible damage or wrong material supplied, the issue must be reported at the time of delivery itself.

• Complaints raised after acceptance of delivery may not be considered.

4. Transportation & Handling

• Once materials are unloaded at the customer’s site, Swathi Traders is not responsible for damages due to handling, storage, or site conditions.

• Return requests due to improper handling at the site will not be accepted.

5. Final Decision

• All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Swathi Traders.

• The management’s decision shall be final and binding in all return-related matters.

❗ Return conditions for other materials will be specified at the time of delivery only
