Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
The order for the above estimate is confirmed only upon full payment.
All disputes are subject to Kodaikanal jurisdiction only.
The above estimate is applicable only for full-load orders.
The above rates apply to loads inclusive of GST.
Occurrence of damage up to 5% during transport or handling is to be expected and tolerated.
Chipping of edges is not to be considered damage since AAC blocks are light in weight, and minor chipping is normal in handling.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on location, load quantity, and transportation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved online methods listed on the website.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery schedules depend on product availability and location.
Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
Delivery is made using third-party transporters. Swathi Associates is not liable for delays caused by transport, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Damage during transit up to 5% is considered within acceptable limits for AAC block shipments.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Once payment is made and the order is processed, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in case of transaction errors or duplicate payments, after verification by our accounts team.

5. Product Quality and Responsibility

Swathi Associates ensures that all materials supplied meet the brand and quality standards specified.
Customers are advised to inspect materials upon delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately.
Swathi Associates is not responsible for product misuse, improper storage, or damage occurring after delivery.
